Website Privacy Policy

This policy covers the GoMaybe launch website and reminder list. The mobile app has a separate App Privacy Policy.

Information we handle

You can provide an email address, a US phone number, or both. We save the contact details you provide, your selected phone platform, the signup time, and the wording and version of the consent you accepted for each channel. We also keep withdrawal status, provider processing references and status, and a protected reference to your private withdrawal link. New signups include the Website Terms version, agreement wording, and time you accepted them. Historical subscribers are not treated as having accepted new terms.

If you contact support, we receive the contact information, message, and attachments you choose to send. Please avoid sending passwords, payment details, ticket barcodes, or unrelated private material. The signup form does not request your calendar, event plans, or tickets.

A short-lived, hashed network identifier limits automated submissions. Hosting providers may process technical connection information, such as IP addresses and request information, to operate and protect the website. A hashed identifier is not a guarantee of anonymity.

Website page views

We keep a private aggregate count of page views to understand website activity. The counter stores only a running total and the date counting began in our existing hosting database. It does not store individual visit records, page addresses, search parameters, referral sources, IP addresses, contact details, or browser identifiers. It uses no cookies and does not link views to reminder signups. Ordinary hosting connection processing remains as described above.

Counting requires JavaScript and a successful request. Repeat visits and bots that run JavaScript may count, so the total is not a count of unique people. We retain the aggregate total and start date while operating the counter, until we reset or remove it.

How we use information

We use these records to handle reminder requests, manage consent and website agreements, prevent abuse and duplicates, honor withdrawals, answer support requests, and arrange the requested three-day countdown and launch-day reminder for your selected platform. Confirmation and service messages may also be needed. Joining does not create an app account or subscribe you to unrelated advertising.

Providers and disclosures

Our website runs on Sites hosting using Cloudflare services and database storage. Klaviyo processes email signup and subscription requests for the reminder program. Relevant contact details, platform preferences, consent information, provider identifiers, and withdrawal requests are sent to Klaviyo for that purpose. Email processing is enabled; delivery of any individual message is not guaranteed. SMS delivery requires the relevant provider setup and confirmation before countdown or launch texts begin. Saving a phone request is not proof that the number has been confirmed or that a text was sent.

Our support mailbox uses Porkbun email hosting. Email providers process messages and ordinary delivery information to carry support correspondence. Provider systems may handle operational logs and backups under their own policies. We may also disclose information where required by law, to respond to valid legal process, or as reasonably necessary to protect rights and prevent fraud or security abuse.

No sale or unrelated marketing

Signup records are not publicly listed. We do not sell your contact information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not share mobile information or opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Providers may process opt-in records only as needed to support the requested service, such as hosting, consent management, and delivery.

Your choices and requests

Use the private link shown after signup to withdraw the reminder requests associated with that link. Save it before closing the page. Email reminders include an unsubscribe option. If you receive texts, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Submitting the form again does not automatically reactivate a withdrawn request. Keep your private link safe: anyone holding it can withdraw the associated requests.

Contact support@GoMaybe.app to ask about, correct, access, or request deletion of information we hold about you. We may request reasonable information to verify that the request concerns your information. Applicable rights and exceptions depend on the law. We cannot erase copies held independently by your own email provider or other recipients.

Retention and protection

We keep signup information while operating the launch list and as needed to document consent and agreements, honor opt-outs, address disputes, and meet legal obligations. Withdrawal stops the requested reminders; it does not immediately erase consent or suppression records. Support correspondence is retained as needed to handle the request and related obligations. Temporary rate-limit records expire after two hours and are removed during subsequent requests.

We restrict access and use safeguards appropriate to the information, but no storage or transmission method is guaranteed secure.

Browser signals and audience

Our signup code does not add advertising trackers or cross-site analytics. Hosting and security services may use necessary technical mechanisms to serve and protect the site. The site does not change its behavior in response to a browser Do Not Track signal; we do not use your signup information for cross-site advertising. The launch reminder service is intended for adults 18 and older. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us.

Updates and contact

We will post changes here with an updated effective date and provide additional notice or seek consent when required. Changes do not automatically expand your message consent. See the Reminder Terms for the message schedule.
