GoMaybe's website at GoMaybe.app is operated by Reyes and Rivera LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). These Website Terms cover the website and its public content. When a website feature asks you to expressly accept these terms, your acceptance forms an agreement with Reyes and Rivera LLC. Our intellectual-property rights and protections under applicable law do not depend on a visitor accepting a contract.

1. Website, reminders, and app documents

The website introduces GoMaybe and offers signup for selected platform launch reminders. It is a prelaunch information website. Descriptions, previews, release timing, features, and platform availability may change. Signing up does not purchase the app, reserve a ticket, guarantee access, or guarantee a launch date.

These documents have separate purposes:

Reminder Terms describe the email and SMS reminder program.

Website Privacy Policy explains information handled through the website.

App Privacy Policy explains the app's data practices.

Accepting these Website Terms does not by itself accept a separate app license or authorize email or SMS messages. App terms apply through the relevant app acceptance or distribution process. Message consent is obtained separately for the channels you choose.

2. Our content and branding

Reyes and Rivera LLC and the applicable rights holders retain their rights in this website's original text, artwork, graphics, photographs, videos, software code, and creative selection or arrangement of content, to the extent those materials are protected by law. Making material publicly visible does not place protected material in the public domain or grant a general right to reuse it.

The GoMaybe name, logos, and other brand identifiers identify our products and services. These terms do not grant permission to use them as your own branding or to suggest an affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement that does not exist. Any third-party content or marks remain subject to their owners' rights and any applicable separate licenses. We do not claim ownership of third-party materials merely because they appear on the website.

We reserve the rights we hold, subject to the permissions and legal exceptions described below.

3. Limited permission to use the website

You may view and use the public website for personal, noncommercial information and to use its intended signup and contact features. This permission includes ordinary browser display and caching and saving or printing a copy of public pages for your own reference. Keep copyright and other ownership notices on those copies.

You may share a normal link to a public GoMaybe page, provided you do not falsely suggest that we sponsor or endorse you. Further reuse of protected content requires the relevant rights holder's permission unless applicable law or a separate license permits it. Contact us to request permission.

4. Respectful and lawful use

Except where applicable law, these terms, a separate license, or the relevant rights holder's permission allows it, you must not:

Reproduce, republish, distribute, adapt, sell, or commercially exploit protected website content or code, including copying it into another website, app, or marketing campaign.

Remove ownership notices from copies, pass off GoMaybe's protected material as your own, impersonate GoMaybe or Reyes and Rivera LLC, or use our branding in a misleading way.

Bypass access controls or access nonpublic systems, files, records, or data without authorization.

Scrape, harvest, obtain, disclose, or misuse nonpublic subscriber information or other people's private contact data without authorization.

Interfere with the website's operation, introduce malicious code, abuse signup forms, or submit another person's contact information without their permission.

These restrictions do not prohibit lawful criticism, reporting, research, accessibility uses, or other uses protected by applicable law.

5. Rights these terms do not claim

Copyright protects eligible expression, not general ideas, facts, concepts, methods, or systems. These terms do not claim ownership of the general idea of planning live events or prohibit lawful competition or independently developed products and ideas.

Nothing in these terms removes fair use, public-domain rights, legally permitted references to brands, or other rights and exceptions provided by applicable law. Separate open-source or third-party licenses continue to govern materials provided under those licenses.

Public website information is not made confidential merely by being displayed here. Visiting this website does not create a nondisclosure agreement. Any separate confidentiality agreement applies only according to its own valid terms.

6. Launch reminders and contact information

If you choose to sign up, provide accurate contact information that you are authorized to use and choose the platforms and message channels you want. Email and SMS are optional, and each requires the consent shown for that channel. Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of purchase.

For each selected platform, the planned launch sequence is one message on each of the three days before its announced launch and one on launch day, through the channels you selected. Confirmation messages and service replies related to your signup, questions, or withdrawal may also be sent, as described in the Reminder Terms. Signing up late may result in fewer countdown messages. Signup is not permission for unrelated marketing.

You may withdraw channel consent using the website's withdrawal options or by contacting us. Emails that are sent include an unsubscribe option. If you receive SMS messages, reply STOP to the sending number to stop them or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. See the Reminder Terms for the full program details and help options.

Delivery and timing are not guaranteed. They depend on the launch schedule, the availability of the relevant messaging service, your contact information, and your email or mobile provider. A signup or on-screen confirmation is not proof that a message has been delivered. These terms do not state that every sending channel is currently available.

7. External links and website availability

Links may take you to websites or services operated by others. Their own terms and privacy practices apply. A link does not by itself mean that we control or endorse the destination.

We aim to keep the website useful and accurate, but it may contain errors, change, or be temporarily unavailable. Please contact us about an error or accessibility problem. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

8. Misuse, questions, and changes

We may take reasonable steps to stop misuse of the website and pursue remedies available under applicable law. These terms do not create automatic penalties or establish that every alleged use is unlawful.

We may update these terms by posting a revised version and effective date. Changes operate prospectively. Where renewed agreement is required, we will request it; posting an update alone does not establish your acceptance. Changes to these terms do not expand your email or SMS consent.
