GoMaybe Support

For help with GoMaybe on iPhone or Duo, email support@gomaybe.app.

Tell us what happened

Include your iPhone model, iOS version, GoMaybe version, what you expected and the steps that led to the problem. A screenshot is optional. Share only what is needed to explain the issue. A fictional example is best when possible.

Keep private information private

Please do not send passwords, payment details, complete ticket barcodes, order numbers, private Calendar entries or unrelated personal photos. A parent or guardian should contact us on behalf of a child.

Saved events and tickets

Your planner is stored on your device. Support cannot remotely inspect or restore it. Do not delete the app or reset its data to troubleshoot without considering your backup and recovery options. Device backups and saved copies do not guarantee recovery.

Ticket providers and event organizers control admission, ticket validity, refunds and event changes. Contact the original provider for those matters. A saved image or wristband photo is not a guarantee of entry.

Privacy and terms

Send privacy questions or requests to support@gomaybe.app. Read the App Privacy Policy and App Terms of Use. Website signups and launch reminders have separate notices.

Private beta testing

Separate Apple Review and Owner QA test identities use the same app and reporting workflow. Their reports are labeled as tests, each device has separate access, and they cannot access other participants’ events or reports.

Enter your invited email in GoMaybe, review the beta notice and choose Agree and Continue. No code or email confirmation is required. If the email is not accepted or you change iPhones, contact Job. Matching an invited email does not verify mailbox ownership.

In an enabled private beta build, after separate agreement and completed setup, the invited testers will automatically share what JAX found and the final details saved after reviewing an imported event, even when nothing changed. Later saved corrections send updates. Saving a capture for later sends no unfinished event report.

Flyer sharing requires separate review and approval. Written feedback is optional and uses a separate Mail draft. Reports use managed hosting and Cloudflare, then Resend to reach Job Rivera's private Proton inbox. Read the App Privacy Policy for collection, provider retention and participation controls. Entering your email does not send a confirmation email. Your iPhone remembers the connection.

GoMaybe is developed by Reyes and Rivera LLC. The initial app release is planned for the United States. Availability is not announced by this support page.
